Service Description

This class is designed for individuals who are new to pole dancing and want to learn the fundamentals of the sport. Throughout the course of the class, students will focus on learning basic spins, tricks, climbs, and transitions. The class will begin with a warm-up to help students prepare their bodies for the physical demands of pole dancing. The instructor will then teach students various spins, including the fireman spin, the back hook spin, and the chair spin, among others. Students will also learn basic tricks and the basic invert. Throughout the class, safety will be emphasized to ensure that students are using proper form and technique to prevent injury. By the end of the six weeks, students will have gained a solid foundation in the basic spins, tricks, climbs, and transitions of pole dancing, setting them up for further exploration and progression in the sport.
