A: A studio membership is a recurring payment plan that provides you with access to the studio's facilities, classes, and other benefits. It's a great way to save money and commit to your fitness goals.

A: Benefits of our membership may include access to discounted classes, priority booking for classes, access to exclusive events and workshops, and more.

Q: Can I try a class before committing to a membership?

A: Yes, you may take a drop in class or take advantage of our new member special.

Q: Is there a commitment? 

A: Yes, all memberships have a 6 month commitment.  

​

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your pole dance membership at any time, provided you give us at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your membership.  If you are within your 6 month commitment you must pay an early cancellation fee of $150.

If you have an injury or medical condition, you must provide us with a medical note from your physician stating that you are unable to continue participating in pole dance classes. Upon receipt of this documentation, we will pause your membership for 30 days or cancel your membership immediately without penalty.  You may only do this once in a studio year.

We do not offer any pauses or holds on memberships, except in the case of injury or medical condition with a medical note. If you are unable to attend classes for any reason other than a medical condition, your membership will continue to be billed and you will be responsible for the fees associated with your membership until you formally cancel.

Please note that if you have any outstanding balances or fees owed to us at the time of cancellation, they must be paid in full before your membership can be terminated.

If you wish to rejoin after cancelling your membership, you will be subject to the current membership rates and availability.
