About the event
Heeled basweork focuses on working skills towards the bottom-half of the pole incorporated with elements of frame-up. Moves include pole-assisted handstands, shoulder stands, forearm stands, low-flow transitions, and heelwork. Students will be learning several transition flows to warmup, followed by choreography.
This class is suitable for students with pole experience dancing in heels. Kneepads are recommended.
