Ever wanted to fly under the radar? Take control of your flight and get GROUNDed! Experience a workshop comprised of low-flow, base work and/or floor level sequences. Regardless of artistic voice, we’ll combine modern movements, floor-otic flows, acrobatic executions, intricate threading and expressive choreography to extend across and around space.

Class Needs:

Knee pads, leg warmers, over-the-knee socks, heels and or bare feet may be needed at any given time.
