St. Baddies Day: Pole & Twerk Experience

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the baddie way!

St. Baddies Day is a fun, inclusive Pole & Twerk class designed for women of all backgrounds, experience levels, and body types who want to move, vibe, and feel confident.

This 90-minute experience blends playful pole movement with high-energy twerk choreography, focusing on self-expression, empowerment, and joy not perfection. Whether it’s your first time or you’re returning to the pole, you’ll be guided in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

We encourage everyone to wear all green, bring a friend (or two!), and stay after class for a celebratory champagne toast to close out the night.
